Adding Multiple Records to the same Identifier

  1. From the Vault Records, for a record, click the Edit icon in the Actions column. The Vault Record Details page is displayed.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter the required details. The new password/variable value is added to the identifier.

In this example, the identifier "myGmail" consists of two different values assigned to the same bot. 

If you create different password values in a single identifier, the Value column in the Vault Records page displays "Different Bot Values."

To edit any individual password record, click the Edit icon from the Actions column.

To delete any individual password record, click the Delete icon from the Actions column.
